Renaissance and the Sagamore Hotel seem to be hand-in-hand this year. We are so lucky to be a part of the events taking place at this landmark hotel.

A “KINDRED” SPIRIT …

I’ll never forget the first meeting with our bride Corinne. While we were talking about her and Trevor’s wedding, she was interacting with a client of her own on her blue tooth and mobile devices. It was a little weird for me, but at the same time I felt I had found a kindred spirit muti-tasker … Needless to say, within a few meetings and phone conversations we had her wedding set.

The weather was an issue that day as it often can be, but I had my A-team up at the Sagamore early while I finished another event in Saratoga. I got there an hour or so before the ceremony started and Dawn at the Sagamore had everything under control. We ended up having the ceremony outside. It was misting, but the light and view was so dramatic.

Corinne’s gown was very “Old Hollywood” so we kept the vintage look flowing for her cocktail hour and reception. Sweet vintage bottles for the cocktail hour and escort tables were just the right touch. We added our signature flapper lamps, pink ice overlays, and mercury glass bowls for the reception room.
