RAIN PLANS…

Danielle and Brian were hoping to have their ceremony by the gorgeous reflecting pool at the Hall of Springs, but as the wedding weekend got closer and closer, the weather started to look less and less cooperative. By a few days before the Big One, we had THREE rain plans in place! We were determined to make sure this wedding was breathtaking no matter what that mother nature handed us.  The couple ended up with Plan C, and their ceremony took place in the main ballroom at the Hall.  The beautiful fairytale arbor of driftwood, had tendrils of  ivy, and orchids.This would have been beautiful in any setting but having the ceremony inside gave us the option of setting the head table under the branches!

VINTAGE TWILIGHT…

Danielle wanted a design that was classic, all white with hints of green and just a touch of silver. She wanted a bit of an organic vibe too.  Delicate greenery accents with the perfect blooms of the season were used for the bouquets, centerpieces, and, of course, the arbor. We paired the floral design with lots of goodies from our prop house, pewter bamboo linen, and smokey bengaline moire full length cloths to top the tables. Our signature pewter tulip vases had the tall arrangements hovering over the guests. The lower arrangements were designed in wide thick glass cylinder vases, and the two styles worked perfectly together. Add layers of candle light and this dream wedding was ready to begin.  I loved the choices we made with Danielle and Brian on the flowers. When I created the bouquets, I used ivy as a wrap and some pearl vibernum, which is rarely used in floral design due to its delicate nature.  I will reflect on the images of this wedding for years to come because it just goes to show, with the right team you can create any look in any space to reflect a couple’s personality.
