Diana’s Aunt Ann called me to let me know her niece was was getting married on the family compound on Brant Lake. I had the privlidge of creating Ann’s two sons weddings on the lake side of the property and this was my first chance to help with an event at the horse farm accros the way.
Diana wanted it simple but beautiful and also wanted me to stay within a budget. I normally do not mention budget in my listings but trust me there is always a budget. The reason for the mention here is because you can be so creative with what you have. You will see in the photos’ that for this event we were able to use many, items that were actually collected in the barns and around the property.
Diana’s fun and refreshing style made this event sing. The women wore hats’ fun hats, simple hats, old hats new hats. As soon as Diana sent me a copy of the printed materials I was stoked! Never would I put blue and red together as a blend for a wedding but it worked on this wedding like magic.
Diana and Matt, thank you for letting me be a part of your day and to my dear friend Ann who I thought would strangle me on her first sons wedding, I told you would love me!
Special Thanks to Andy Duback Photography for being a master of the lens, Mansion Catering for agreeing to my requests for cool cocktail hour hand passed beds.
